Ode to Mom

She's the last one to eat,
the last to be "beat",
but the first on her feet.
She doesn't read books
she's not illiterate, she just lacks the time.
She makes a good cook,
but not a good mime.
She loves all of us,
but for her that's a must.
I don't always show her that I love her too,
Although, I am sure that she knows I do.
We love you mom!!
